- On the way from the airport, enjoy a scenic panoramic drive starting from Castelo do Queijo, a historic seaside fortress, continuing along the coast until you reach the picturesque Ribeira district. This area is known for its colorful riverside houses, lively atmosphere, and stunning views of the Douro River.

DAY 2: Porto City Tour, Welcome Dinner

- 09:00 AM Meet our guide at the hotel lobby and begin our day with a visit to the Church of St. Francis, a stunning example of Baroque architecture lavishly decorated with Portuguese gilt woodwork.
- 10:45 AM We will visit Caves Cálem for a wine tasting experience that includes three Port wine tastings: L.B.V. (Late Bottled Vintage), Vintage, and 20-year-old Tawny, accompanied by chocolates and cheeses. During the visit, you`ll explore the historic cellars, learn about the rich history and production of Port wine, and enjoy an interactive museum and guided tour that highlights the winemaking process from vineyard to glass.
- 12:45 PM We will head to the Palácio da Bolsa to enjoy a unique lunch experience at Restaurante O Comercial. Located inside this historic 19th-century neoclassical building includes Appetizers, first course, fish, meat, and dessert with Wine (Altos da Beira, Douro white or red (1 bottle for 2 persons), Water, and Coffee.

- 10:30 AM Upon arrival, enjoy a walking tour visiting Igreja do Senhor Bom Jesus da Cruz. This church is famous for its carved and gilded woodwork altars and 18th-century azulejo tile panels. It is also the site of the legendary tale behind the iconic Barcelos Rooster, a symbol of Portugal representing justice and faith.
- 12:00 PM Continue our journey to Braga (30-minute drive), one of Portugal`s oldest cities known for its religious heritage and beautiful architecture.
- 12:30 PM Explore the famous Bom Jesus do Monte Sanctuary, a Baroque sanctuary known for its monumental staircase, elegant 19th-century church, and beautiful gardens. The main altar is dedicated to the Crucifixion, and the site is a popular pilgrimage destination.
