Day By Day Itinerary
DAY 1: Fri - Arrival Cairo

  • (To be advised) Upon your arrival at Cairo airport, our representative will assist you in completing your passport control formalities and luggage identification & carry.

  • (To be advised) From the airport, you will be transferred by a private Air-Conditioned car to your hotel for check-in.

  • 19:00 PM You will meet with your Tour Guide at the welcome dinner served at the hotel&rsquos main Restaurant on a Set Menu basis including a bottle of small water and a choice of 1 soft drink, 1 glass of wine or 1 bottle of beer. 

  • Overnight in Cairo

  • Meal: WelcomeDinner includinga bottle of small water and a choice of 1 soft drink, 1 glass of wine or 1 bottle of beer.

DAY 2: Sat - Cairo - Egyptian Pyramids

  • 06:30 AM - 07:45 AM Breakfast at our hotel

  • 08:00 AM Memphis city

  • 10:00 AM Saqqara Step Pyramid

  • 12:00 PM Proceed to have your lunch at the 9 Pyramids Lounge with water and 1 soft drink in Cairo Pyramids Area.

  • 13:30 PM The Great Pyramid

  • 15:00 PM Visit the Great Sphinx

  • 16:00 PM Drive back to your hotel to spend the night.

  • Optional tour available:

  • Sound and light Show in Cairo (From 18:00 PM Wed, Thu, Fri & Sat ONLY))

  • Sufi dance Show (From 18:30 to 21:00 PM Sat & Wed ONLY)

  • 14:00 PM drive to Al-Muizz and Khan El Khalili Bazaar

  • 15:30 PM transfer to the hotel.

  • Optional tour available:

  • City tour in Cairo with felucca ride for 2 hours (at your convenience, depends on sunset time)

DAY 4: Mon - Cairo - Flight to Luxor - Luxor East Bank Attractions - Cruise

  • 04:00 AM Transfer from the hotel to Cairo airport (Breakfast box should be requested by the Tour guide the night before from hotel front desk)

  • 07:00 AM flight will take off from Cairo airport.

  • 08:00 AM arrival at Luxor airport, where your representative will meet and transfer you with your Egyptologist to your first stop in Luxor, in the East Bank KarnakTemple Complex

  • 12:00 PM We will transfer you now to check in on your 5* Nile Cruise to have your lunch and relax

  • 16:00 PM Luxor Temple. After finishing your tour, we will transfer you back to your Nile Cruise for overnight.

  • Optional tour available:

  • Luxor City Tour by Horse Carriage (Hantour) (From 18:00 PM to 20:00 PM)

  • Sound and light Show at the Karnak Temple (Performance starts at 20:00 PM)

  • Overnight at the Cruise

DAY 5: Tue - Nile River Cruise - Luxor West Bank Attractions

  • 06:30 AM - 07:45 AM Breakfast on our Nile Cruise.

  • 08:00 AM Transfer to the West Bank of Luxor and start with a visit to the Valley of the Kings and King Tut Tomb.

  • 10:30 AM Queen Hatshepsut temple

  • 12:30 PM Colossi of Memnon

  • 13:15 PM Back to our Nile Cruise for lunch while sailing, spend the rest of your day, and overnight on board.

  • Optional tour available:

  • Optional visit to Nefertari Tomp at the Valley of the Queens

  • Luxury Sunrise Hot Air Balloon ride (From 05:00 AM depends on the sunrise time)

  • Overnight at the Cruise

DAY 6: Wed - Nile River Cruise - Edfu - Kom Ombo Temple - Aswan

  • 06:30 AM - 08:45 AM Breakfast on our Nile Cruise

  • 09:00 AM enjoy with your tour guide in a horse carriage to be transferred to Edfu temple

  • 11:30 AM Back to our Nile Cruise for Lunch and enjoy Sailing

  • 16:30 PM Visit with your guide the Kom Ombo Temple.

  • 18:00 PM you will get back on your Cruise to start sailing towards Aswan and upon your arrival, you will be overnight on board your Nile Cruise.

  • Overnight at the Cruise

DAY 7: Thu - Cruise - Aswan High Dam - Philae Temple

  • 07:00 AM Breakfast at our Nile Cruise

  • 08:00 AM board your private car and visit the High Dam

  • 09:00 AM Visit the unfinished obelisk.

  • 10:00 AM Board a private motorboat with your guide to visit the Philae Temple.

  • 12:30 PM you will be transferred back to your Nile Cruise to have your lunch and overnight on board your Nile Cruise.

  • 16:00 PM Felucca Ride in Aswan to be back at the Nile Cruise by 18:00 PM

  • Optional tour available:

  • Nubian Village in Aswan (From 15:00 PM to 18:00 PM)

  • Aswan City Tour by Horse Carriage (Hantour) from 18:00 PM to 20:00 PM

  • Overnight at the Cruise

DAY 8: Fri - Cruise - Flight to Cairo

Upon arrival, proceed to one of the bank kiosks in the Immigration Hall to obtain a self-adhesive visa sticker. Apply the sticker to a blank page of your passport and proceed to the immigration desks. To avoid any possible lines at the kiosk, you may also obtain a visa sticker direct from the airport representative meeting your flight holding a Right Travel sign for a service fee of $5 per person plus cost of the visa.
