Day By Day Itinerary
DAY 1: Departure from USA

  • Board your international flight from USA to start your journey.
DAY 2: Arrival, Nairobi

  • Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, clients will be met and transferred to the Hotel.

  • Remainder of the day at leisure. Nairob has a range of restaurants offers you an exciting evening out.

  • Welcome dinner at the hotel

  • Overnight at Nairobi Serena Hotel

  • Meals: Dinner
DAY 3: Nairobi, Masai Mara National Reserve

  • Group enjoys an early breakfast at Nairobi Serena Hotel. Proceed to check out and wait near the reception area by 7.30am for transfer to Wilson airport in 02 Coaster vehicles. ETA Wilson airport is 8.15am. Group proceeds to check in for 9.30am flight to Serena Airstrip in Masai Mara, arriving here 10.30am: Upon arrival, your Tour Manager will be waiting at the airstrip to receive you along with 05 4x4 Landcruiser safari vehicles to collect the group and take them to Mara Serena Lodge [ 5 minute drive]. Group proceeds to check in at the Lodge.

  • Arrive in Masai Mara in time for late lunch 14:00 PM. Following lunch set off on your first game drive 13:00 PM to 18:00 PM, returning to the lodge as the sun sets.

  • Overnight at Mara serena Safari Lodge

  • Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
DAY 4: Masai Mara National Reserve

  • Following an early breakfast, depart on a morning game drive, returning to the camp mid-morning.

  • After lunch, and perhaps a siesta, set off on another game drive, returning to the lodge as the sunsets.

  • Complimentary Cultural Visit Masai Village at Masai Mara National Park

  • (It is possible to pre-book an optional early morning Balloon Safari at a supplement of $440 per person to be paid locally during your trip)

  • Overnight at Mara serena Safari Lodge

  • Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
DAY 5: June 05, 2024 - Masai Mara, Serengeti

  • After early breakfast, at 07:30 AM transfer to Serengeti by road via Isebania boarder for visa and boarder procedures.

  • After boarder formalities met by our Tanzania driver/ranger with vehicle and drive to Serengeti with picnic lunch, en route game drive to the lodge, arriving for dinner and overnight.

  • Overnight at Serengeti Serena Safari Lodge

  • Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
DAY 6: Serengeti National Park

  • After breakfast, we will head to morning game drive

  • After lunch and siesta there will be an afternoon game drive in Serengeti National Park.

  • Overnight at Serengeti Serena Safari Lodge

  • Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
DAY 7: Serengeti National Park, Kilimanjaro, Nairobi

  • You have a last chance to view the wildlife as you transfer to the airstrip with picnic lunch for a scheduled flight to Nairobi Via Kilimanjaro.

  • Upon arrival meet and greet followed by transfer to hotel.

  • Transfer to carnivore restaurant for a Farewell Dinner

  • Overnight at the Nairobi Serena Hotel

  • Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Farewell Dinner Carnivore
DAY 8: City Tour, Nairobi International Airport

  • After morning breakfast guest will depart for a giraffe centre visit, where the highly endangered Rothschild giraffe lives in peace. With an elevated viewing-cum-feeding platform, this tour is wonderful for animal lovers thereafter depart for a shopping expedition tour where Fond memories of your time in Africa might last you a lifetime, but friends and family are going to expect more when you return home.

  • East Africa has exceptional artists who carve a variety of items ranging from animals to Maasai. Gemstones mined in Kenya and Tanzania can be found at great bargains.

  • After lunch (on your own arrangements) thereafter depart from hotel by 06:00 PM

  • Transfer to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for the onward connection.

  • 22:45 PM our flight will take off from Nairobi airport

  • Meal: Breakfast
DAY 9: Arrival USA

  • Arrive to JFK

  • Baggage on internal flights is strictly limited to 15 kgs per person (including hand luggage). Any excess baggage will be charged by the airline at check-in.

  • KENYA - Visa required. Effective 1st September 2015, visitors coming into Kenya will be required to apply for and obtain an eVisa online. All applications need to be made via www.evisa.go.ke and thereafter payments can be made through Visa Card, MasterCard or any other debit cards. The eVisa application process takes at least two (2) working days and will be delivered to the applicant`s email address in PDF format, which will need to be printed and presented to the Immigration officers upon entry into the country. An eVisa to Kenya once issued is valid for 3 months (90 days) from the date it is issued
  • Passengers continuing onto Tanzania, and connecting in Nairobi, Kenya for their final departure flight to the US do not require a transit or multiple entry visa. A single entry visa is valid for connecting flights. Passengers continuing onto Tanzania from Kenya must carry proof of yellow fever vaccination
  • TANZANIA - Visa required. Visas are available for purchase at the Kilimanjaro Airport however we strongly suggest it is obtained in advance to avoid long delays and ensure entry. Visas upon arrival are not guaranteed. The current fee for a visa is $100. Passengers purchasing a visa at the airport must be prepared to pay in USD (cash).
