DAY 4: Saturday - Optional Tour, Paris
This morning free at your Leisure or you can choose our OPTIONAL tour (Versailles Apartments (VAM) 8:45 AM) Relive the glorious period of Louis XIV, XV and XVI as you pace one of the largest and most influential formal gardens in the world. Todays tour takes you Versailles Palace to witness the grandeur of French classical architecture. Visit the Palace and extravagant State Apartments, including a guided visit to the Reception Halls, the Queens Bedroom, and the Hall of Mirrors. You will also have time to walk the palace grounds and formal gardens*, designed by Andre le Notre, at your leisure. En route, you will be prepared for your tour with commentary detailing the history of this magnificent site. ( B )

DAY 5: Sunday - Paris, London
Transfer on your own to Paris Rail Station for your train ride to London. Upon arrival to London, transfer on your own to the hotel. Rest of the day is free at leisure. ( B )

DAY 6: Monday - Optional Tour, London
Today free at your Leisure or you can choose our OPTIONAL tour (Full Day Bath, Windsor & Stonehenge (#1) 8:15 AM)Enjoy a full day tour of Windsor, Stonehenge and Bath. Depart London for Windsor Castle and be the first group to be guided around the castle. Windsor has been occupied by successive monarchs for over 900 years. William the Conqueror through the current Queen have all lived at Windsor. Visit St. Georges Chapel and the State Apartments. Next, drive through Runnymede, where King John signed the Magna Carta in 1215. Stop for lunch in a traditional country pub. Relax and soak up the charming atmosphere while being served some delicious home cooked food. Arrive at Stonehenge, the mystical stone circle on the vast Salisbury plain. Considered the worlds best-known megalithic monument of the Neolithic and Bronze Ages, the site was originally thought to be a place of early Druid worship. Its origins date back nearly 5,000 years, and even today it remains a remarkable and mysterious feat of ancient engineering and design. Our final stop is Bath, another world heritage site. Bath is a beautiful Georgian city with delightful crescents, terraces and architecture. Following our guided tour of the city, there will be plenty of time to shop and explore. You could visit the Roman Baths, Bath Abbey, Pulteney Bridge, the Jane Austen Centre and the elegant Assembly Rooms built in 1771. And you can shop, explore and take afternoon tea in the Pump Rooms while listening to the live classical music. ( B )

DAY 7: Tuesday or Monday - Full Day in Hue
