Day By Day Itinerary
DAY 1: Saturday - Depart USA

  • Depart USA to Ireland. Your flight includes meals, drinks, and in-flight entertainment for your journey.
DAY 2: Sunday - Arrive Ireland

  • Welcome to Ireland. An optional arrival transfer from the airport to your hotel is available Enjoy the balance of the day on your own.
DAY 3: Monday - Optional Tour, Ireland

  •  This morning free at your Leisure or you can choose our OPTIONAL tour (The Dublin Tour) Enjoy this fun-filled, 90-minute tour of Dublin that takes you past major attractions such as Trinity College, the Guinness Storehouse, Dublin Castle, St. Patricks Cathedral, Phoenix Park, and the Old Jameson Distillery. With your 48-hour transit ticket, you can hop-on and hop-off at any of the 12 stops along the route. Dublins top attractions align with this tour, making it a perfect way to see the city.
  • The rest of the day free at your Leisure or you can choose our OPTIONAL tour (Irish Whiskey Museum) The Irish Whiskey Museum uniquely depicts the origins of Irish whiskey, its rise to glory, its dramatic fall and of course, the current revival of new Irish whiskeys. Your visit includes a fully guided tour through 5 unique rooms and a complimentary tutored whiskey tasting session. DAY 4: Tuesday - Optional Tour, Ireland

  • Free day at leisure or you can choose our optioanal tour (The Cliffs of Moher, Burren & Galway Bay (DH06) 7:00 AM) On this full day tour, you will have the opportunity to travel through three of Ireland&rsquos four provinces. Check in at Dublin Heuston station (Railtours Ireland Information Desk) for the 7:00 am InterCity train departure to Cork (breakfast available). Join the coach at Limerick, have a short tour of the treaty city and setting for "Angelas Ashes". Head north to Bunratty Castle and Folk Village (admission included), then to a Doolin Pub for a lunch stop and on to the majestic Cliffs of Moher on the wild Atlantic coast. Enter the unique lunar landscape of the Burren, rounding Black Head before heading along the shores of Galway Bay to Galway the city of the tribes where you join the Dublin bound train (light meals available) arriving in Heuston at 8:55 pm. DAY 7: Friday - Optional Tour

  • Free day at leisure your in hotel or you can choose our optioanal tour (The Wicklow Mountains Tour 9:15 AM) The Wicklow Mountains day trip from Dublin meanders through Wicklow with a guide who will enthrall you with tales and legends of this stunningly beautiful area, made famous by movies such as Braveheart. The tour follows the Sally Gap to the Guinness Lakes with picturesque wee Lough Tay. Next on the agenda is Glendalough, famous for St. Kevin&rsquos monastery and its 10th century round tower, its upper & lower lakes and picturesque scenery. The final stop on our coach tour of Wicklow is the village of Avoca for a hearty lunch. Tour Avoca Mill, Ireland&rsquos oldest working mill, known worldwide for it&rsquos woolen textiles and quintessential Irish feel. Avoca village offers an opportunity to relax and breath in the Irish countryside at the famous Meeting of the Waters, or take some time to shop before returning to Dublin. (B)
