Day By Day Itinerary
DAY 1: Departure from USA

  • Depart the USA to Budapest. Your flight includes meals, drinks, and in-flight entertainment for your journey.
DAY 2: Arrive in Budapest

  • Upon arrival you will be met by your local representative and transferred to your hotel. After check in and time to refresh, you will gather for the Welcome Dinner together at the traditional Hungarian csarda restaurant with glass of wine. Return to your hotel.
  • Overnight in Budapest.

DAY 3: Budapest City Tour

  • Today is reserved for your guided tour of beautiful Budapest. We will start with the panoramic city tour by bus with a several stops. Capital of Hungary, with almost two million inhabitants, center of administration, industry, trade, transport and traffic, education, culture, arts and sports.  It is a beautifully city situated on both banks of the Danube, Buda and Pest.  The bridges which span the river are not just symbols of the city, but are symbols of its encounters. Of the capital cities of the world Budapest is the richest in baths. Thermal waters gave rise to the world-famous bathing resort inaugurated by ancient Romans and developed especially by the Turkish occupants of Hungary in the 16-17th centuries. During the city tour guests will be acquainted with the most famous sights of the city: Castle district with the ancient houses with their leaded windows, the Matthias Church, the former Royal Palace and the panorama from the Fishermens Bastion, the Heroes Square  with statues of the historical Hungarian kings, the Parliament, the St. Stephen church, the Opera house, the art nouveau buildings and the most interesting stories of the locals, and general information about history, the city, and life in Hungary.

DAY 4: Budapest, Danube Bend Tour and Szentendre

  • Today enjoy Danube bend tour. This full-day tour of the mighty Danube is ideal for people who want to combine history with nature and would like to enjoy some of the most beautiful country sides in Hungary. You will see historic monuments and art memorials while your guide provides a lively narrative of Hungarian life. Lunch is included. You will visit the 750-year-old Royal Residence at Visegrad, then, you will have time to visit some of the museums, such as the world-famous Margit Kovacs Ceramic Museum and the Confectionery Museum, where the buildings and people are made of marzipan. Some free time for shopping. Return to Budapest and your hotel. Overnight.

DAY 5: Budapest to Vienna

  • Following breakfast and check out, travel to Vienna, Austria. Upon arrival, proceed with the sightseeing of Vienna. Capital of the Republic of Austria and one of Europes most visited cities, Vienna (Wien) owes much of its charm and rich history to its splendid location on the banks of the Danube River. See Hofburg, for more than six centuries the seat of the Habsburgs, the official residence of every Austrian ruler since 1275 - the Hofburg is perhaps the most historically significant of Viennas palaces, Viennas most popular attractions, Belvedere Palace.  Walk the Maria-Theresien-Platz, the focal point of which is the grand monument to Empress Maria Theresa. Marvel one of the worlds largest and most splendid theaters, the Vienna State Opera House, see St. Stephens Cathedral (Stephenson) in the historic center of Vienna, Vienna City Hall, Church of St. Peter. Arrive to your hotel.

DAY 6: Vienna City Tour

  • This morning visit to the spectacular 18th-century Schonbrunn Palace (Schloss Schonbrunn) is worth visiting not only for its magnificent architecture, but also for its beautiful park-like setting. One of Viennas top tourist attractions, this beautiful Baroque palace contains more than 1,441 rooms and apartments, including those once used by Empress Maria Theresa. Tour highlights include a chance to see the Imperial Apartments, including Emperor Franz Josephs Walnut Room and his Bedroom, which still has the small soldiers bed in which he died. Of Empress Maria Theresas rooms, highlights include her richly furnished and decorated garden apartments, along with her Breakfast Room with its floral artwork created by her daughters. Then, Schonbrunn Park and Gardens is another must-see here. Designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the park, with its sweeping vistas and sumptuous Baroque gardens. Return to your hotel. Overnight.

DAY 7: Vienna, Cesky Krumlov to Prague

  • Following breakfast and check out, travel to Prague. Stop at CESKY Krumlov. Following breakfast, travel to Prague. Make a stop in Cesky Krumlov. CESKY KRUMLOV UNESCO World Heritage Site, city famous for its 13th Century castle, the 2nd largest historic building in the Czech Republic, and the many other magnificent buildings. Private guided tour.  The Vltava River flows through the enchanting center, a river that divides this town in two and gives the medieval town a very special Romanesque ambience. Also visit Egon Schiele Art centrum - now Gallery - (entrance to Gallery with no guide included), time for lunch on your ow, some free time and continue to Prague. Arrive to your hotel.

DAY 8: Prague City Tour

  • Prague has been nicknamed the "city of a thousand spires" for good reason: as you glance over its 1,100-year-old skyline, youll be rewarded with splendid views of lovely domed churches and soaring old towers that combine to make Prague one of the worlds architectural gems. This morning, Prague city tour and visit to Prague Castle and district. Walk the grounds of Prague castle, the largest castle complex in the world, and see iconic places such as St. Vitus Cathedral, St. Georges Basilica, the Old Royal Palace, and the Golden Lane. Stroll across Charles Bridge, particularly famous for its many fine old statues and discover the Wenceslas Square and stop by Astronomical Clock and Old Square. The afternoon free.

DAY 9: Prague Free Day, Farewell Dinner

  • Day at leisure to enjoy and explore on your own. Tonight, Farewell Dinner together in a local restaurant with folklore program. Overnight.

DAY 10: Depart Prague to USA

  • Following breakfast, you will be transferred to the airport for your flight home USA.
