Day By Day Itinerary
DAY 1: Departure from USA

  • Depart the USA for Kyiv in Ukraine. Your international flight includes meals, drinks, and in-flight entertainment.
DAY 2: Arrive in Kyiv

  • Arrival to the Boryspil airport in Kyiv.
  • First discovery of the city and domes of churches that shine gold in the sun.
  • Transfer to the hotel. Check-in.
  • Welcoming dinner at the Ukrainian secret-restaurant  Last Barykada with traditional cuisine. To get there, you need to say a password.
  • Overnight: Kyiv

DAY 3: Kyiv City Tour

  • Breakfast at the hotel. Departure for a walking guided tour of Kyiv, ancient center of Ukrainian culture, mother of cities, the capital of the first Ukrainian state, KYIV RUS. You will discover its main monuments: The Golden Gate, St. Michael Cathedral. Take a walk along Sofiia Square.
  • Visit of the Saint Sophia Cathedral. Lunch at the local restaurant Kniazhyi hrad. Sitting at a table, you can feel yourself like a great prince of Kyiv, surrounded by candlesticks and murals on the walls. The pleasant atmosphere and Slavic hospitality allow you to fully enjoy traditional Ukrainian cuisine of Kyiv Rus times.
  • Walk along Andrew Descent, Kyiv most ancient district, residence of numerous painters, artists and handworkers who propose their creations there. Visit the Podil district and Kyievo Mohylianska Academy.

DAY 4: Kyiv - Lviv

DAY 5: Lviv City Tour

  • Breakfast at the hotel. Departure for the guided walking tour down the old town, visiting the medieval part of the city (UNESCO World Heritage). Admire the Renaissance bell tower and the Korniakta tower (1578).
  • You will visit the Market Square, as well as the Pharmacy museum, part of which, is still working since 1672.
  • Lunch at Frankova Kuznia, a restaurant-museum that combines history and modernity, sophistication and simplicity, taste and mood, Ukraine and Europe Trying of the traditional local cuisine.
  • A visit to the Potocki Palace, a magnificent construction dated from the end of the 19th century, in the style of the French Neo-Renaissance. The impressive palace is decorated with reliefs, stucco work, wall painting and glazings and is a shining example of the architecture of the New Historicism.
  • Continuation of walking tour down the city Art Nouveau district. You will walk along narrow streets and enjoy coffee in the friendly cafeterias.
  • Dinnerin the city, in the typical restaurant in the old market square. Return to the hotel.

DAY 6: Lviv - Odesa

  • Breakfast at the hotel. Visit of the National Museum, with rich exhibition of icons, dated XIV - XVII century, of decorative art and objects of popular art. Visit of the market of souvenirs and paintings.
  • Visit of Lviv Opera and Ballet Theatre, one of the most beautiful in Europe, the pride of the city. Built by Viennese architect Z. Gorgolevski in the style of Viennese neo-renaissance in XIX century.
  • Lunch in the village of Vynnyky. Traditional welcoming with bread and salt and drink. Tastings: sweet, salty, liquid dishes.Traditional Ukrainian cuisine.
  • A small musical folk-performance. Painting on glass and courtyard of pysanka.

  • 22:20 Transfer to the train station and departure to Odesa. ODESA is a cosmopolitan seaport founded in the late of 18th century on the northern edge of the Black Sea.
  • Dinnerin the city center.

DAY 7: Odesa City Tour

  • Breakfast in the train.
  • 09:08 Arrival to Odesa.
  • City tour to discover this seaside city with the mythical name that appears in the 15th century with the ancestor of the Tatar village of Kachi-Bey. At the beginning of XIX century a French emigrant Armand Emmanuel du Plessis, Duke of Richelieu, was appointed as governor of Odessa and the province of New Russia. He favored a rapid and harmonious development of the city, following a Cartesian plan defined by the architect Francois de Ribas.
  • The Potemkin Staircase remains one of the most famous landmarks in the world thanks to Eisensteins film.
  • Lunch at the local restaurant Franzol located at the central street of the city. You will be served with the real Odesa cuisine.
  • Visit of the Archeology Museum is, undoubtedly, the most interesting thanks to a beautiful collection of remnants of the first civilizations of the Black Sea, including jewelry and coins.
  • Free time in the city center.

DAY 8: Full Day Odesa

  • Breakfast at the Hotel.
  • Visit to Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi for all day with lunch. Located on the right bank of the Dnister river, the city built in the fifth century by the Greeks, was named Tyra. It is one of the oldest cities in the world classified by UNESCO as world heritage of humanity. To ensure the defense of this strategic city, King Stephen II built a fortress in the thirteenth century. Its construction spanned nearly 200 years.
  • Explore the Akkerman Fortress, which rises like a mountain above the banks of the Dniester.
  • Lunchat the local restaurant  Argo situated nearby the Akkerman fortress.
  • OptionalA visit to the winery "Shabo" in the village of the same name: It is believed that even the ancient Greeks made wine here. You will taste the original Ukrainian wine.
  • Return to Odesa.
