- Arrive in Dusseldorf and transfer to your hotel in Cologne. The reminder of the day is on your own. Your tour will begin with an orientation meeting with your Tour Manager at approximately 6 PM, followed by a light dinner. We recommend that you flights which arrive no later than 4 PM

DAY 3: Walking Tour in Cologne, Travel to Hamburg
- This morning, take a walking tour of the city, most famous for its Roman origins. Linger at the 13th century Cologne Cathedral, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, with its soaring twin spires. In the afternoon, head to Hamburg, a large port city on the Elbe River, known as the countrys "gateway to the world." Dinner tonight is at the hotel

DAY 4: Tour of Hamburg
- This morning, explore Alster Lake in the heart of the city, with its well-used Outer and Inner walkways and waterside villas owned by Hamburgs wealthiest merchants. View the Landing Bridge of St. Pauli, Baroque style Michel Church, bearing a large tower clock and the Town Hall. Countinued with Lubeck Tour, Depart Hamburg and head to the city of Lubeck, former capital of the mighty Hanseatic League that served as the trade hub of Northern Europe. Today, the picturesque town is a jewel of Brick-Gothic architecture, full of medieval charm and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Begin your Lubeck tour with Holstentor gate, the citys most famous landmark, guarding the entrance to the Old Town. Proceed to the historic Altstadt (Old Town) and walk along cobbled streets with rows of Renaissance gabled houses. Admire St. Mary&rsquos church, a 13th-14th century structure, that served as a model for the Gothic brick style of churches around the Baltic region. The church boasts the highest brick-vaulted roof in the world. Marvel at one of Germanys most beautiful town halls the Rathaus with its blend of Gothic and Romanesque architecture.

DAY 5: Berlin City Tour, Berlin by Night with dinner
- Today head east, crossing the former "Iron Curtain" to Germanys capital city of Berlin. During your sightseeing tour on arrival, view the landmarks of the old East and West sections of Berlin, including the Brandenburg Gate, symbol of the reunification, the glass-dome Reichstag Building and "Checkpoint Charlie," the last remaining mark of the formerly divided city. Drive along Unter den Linden Boulevard past the State Opera House and the Cathedral. End the day in the shopping and entertainment district of Kurfurstendamm. Tonight, countinued with Berlin by Night with dinner, Famous both in the early 20th Century world of "Cabaret," and now once again in the 21st for its vibrant night life, enjoy a fun filled &ldquoBerlin Style&rdquo dinner party with traditional dishes, drinks and live music. As dusk falls, admire some of the highlights of Germany&rsquos largest city on an evening drive before returning to the hotel.

DAY 6: Full Day in Berlin
- Spend the day in this capital city. Visit the Pergamon Museum, Charlottenburg Palace, Holocaust Museum or ascend the huge Berlin TV Tower to see 360° views of the city. Countinued with Berlins Hidden Past, Embark on a fascinating tour into Berlins turbulent past. Your knowledgeable guide makes Berlins history come alive as you delve beneath the surface to see what remains of the city of the latter part of the 20th century. The tour will bring you to the East Side Gallery, a preserved colourful section of the wall, now one of the longest open air art galleries in the world. Next visit the Berlin Wall Memorial, and later the Topography of Terror, an exhibition located on the former site of the Gestapo Headquarters.

DAY 7: Tour of Dresden
- Cross Saxony to the Baroque art city of Dresden, titled the "Florence on the Elbe." Stop at the ornate Zwinger Palace, once a setting for court festivities, and the Semper Opera House. Continue to the Frauenkirche Church, symbol of reconstruction with its Baroque dome. Conclude with a visit to the renowned Green Vault to view the jewels and treasures of Saxon kings. The rest of the day is free. Dinner together is at the hotel

DAY 8: Nuremberg City Tour
- Today you head to Nuremberg, an energetic city with a visible history of almost one thousand years. View the historic Palace of Justice where the War Crimes Tribunal met in 1946 and the chilling Nazi Rally Grounds where mass events were held to fuel the party propaganda. End the day at lively Market Square in the Old Town. Later, have dinner with your travel companions

DAY 9: Rothenburg City Tour, Bavarian Evening with dinner
- This morning travel to Rothenburg ob der Tauber, the preserved walled city where time has stood still. Step back in time as this town, untouched by the ravages of war, charms you with its cobble streets, ramparts, and centuries old houses. In the late afternoon, arrive in Munich, the pride of Bavaria, with its festive fun-loving spirit. This evening will be countinued with Bavarian Evening with dinner, This evening, get acquainted with traditional Bavarian culture in the heart of Munich. Begin the evening with a stroll to the Hofbrauhaus, one of Munichs oldest and most famous beer halls. This institution was built in the 16th century, and continues to brew its beer according to the strict Bavarian Beer Purity Laws. Continue to a local restaurant to enjoy some hearty Bavarian fare and cheerful "gemutlichkeit"

DAY 10: City Tour of Munich, Dachau Memorial Tour
- Begin your morning city tour on a drive through Munich, revealing countless museums, galleries, palaces and historic buildings including Koenigsplatz and the monument-lined Ludwig Strasse. Continue to the Olympic Stadium, the main venue for the 1972 Summer Olympics. Then, visit Nymphenburg Palace, once summer residence of Bavarian rulers. The tour ends at Marienplatz Square, where you will join the crowds watching the glockenspiel clock with its colorful mechanical figures dancing the top of the hour. The afternoon we will join to Dachau Memorial Tour, Dachau Concentration Camp was the first of the internment camps opened after Hitler&rsquos rise to power in 1933. The camp became a symbol and model of the horrors of the Nazi period, until its liberation by American soldiers in 1945. It serves now as a memorial to the victims of this tragic period in history. The tour will give you the opportunity to reflect on the events that happened here and the more than 40,000 victims who lost their lives under the tyrannical Nazi regime.

DAY 11: Neuschwanstein Castle
- Drive into the German Alps and tour the fairytale Neuschwanstein Castle, built by Bavarias "Mad" King Ludwig. Among the castles finest rooms are two halls decorated in dazzling gold and blue. Tour the extravagant castle before returning to Munich. Tonight, on your last night in Germany, bid farewell to your Tour Manager during dinner at a popular restaurant
