DAY 1: Depart for Croatia

DAY 2: Arrive in Zagreb
- Arrive in Zagreb and transfer to the hotel. Balance of the day is at leisure. This evening at approximately 6 PM attend an orientation meeting with your Tour Manager, followed by a light dinner. We recommend that you flights which arrive no later than 4 PM

DAY 3: Zagreb City Tour, Croatian Countryside with dinner
- Begin the day in busy Capitol Square in Upper Town, and visit the monumental Zagreb Cathedral, with its soaring twin spires. Walk along Kravi Most, to St. Marks Church with its brightly colored roof and the 17th century Jesuit Church of St. Catherine. After a stop at the Parliament building, free time to explore the winding streets of the Old Town and Ban Jelacic, the main square. And take stroll along Ilica Street, packed with restaurants, trendy cafes and a vibrant shopping scene. Countinued with Croatian Countryside with dinner, Start your tour in the early afternoon with a scenic drive to Kumrovec, situated on the bank of the river Sutla, along the Croatian-Slovenian border. Kumrovecs fame is that it was the birthplace of the late marshal Tito, the president of former Yugoslavia, whose house has since been turned into a museum. Today, the major attraction of Kumrovec is the Ethnological Museum Staro Selo (Old Village) with very well preserved village houses from the turn of the 19th and the 20th centuries. Up to forty houses and other farmstead facilities have been restored, which makes Staro Selo the most attractive place of this kind in Croatia. Later, follow a winding road through the Zagorje hills. An early dinner of genuine local specialties and wine is served at a charming farm restaurant with magnificent views of the 15th century castle Veliki Tabor.

DAY 4: Walking Tour of Ljubljana
- Cross into Slovenia this morning and travel to its capital city of Ljubljana. On arrival, view its vast open-air market the Baroque Venetian inspired City Hall Robba Fountain, inspired by Berninis Four Rivers Fountain in Rome the Triple Bridge, which connects the old and new cities and the Parliament. Afterward, continue towards the Julian Alps to Bled. Surrounded by high peaks, Bled has enticed travelers since the mid-19th century for its pure air, magnificent scenery and healing thermal springs. Today, Bled is an all-seasons resort with delightful hotels, villas, and restaurants nestled on the lakefront. Tonight, dinner is at a local restaurant

DAY 5: Visit Bled Castle, Lake Bled & Lake Bohinj, Tour of Radovljica & Gingerbread Museum with dinner
- Begin the day with a visit to the imposing 11th century Bled Castle, perched on a steep cliff high above the lake, creating a dramatic back to the city. Stroll through the castle grounds and visit the museum to get an insight into the history of the castle and the surrounding area. The rest of the day we will visit Lake Bled & Lake Bohinj, Bled with its surroundings of natural beauty, is a jewel among the Alpine resorts. Enjoy a scenic ride on a unique small rowing boat called a "Pletna," to the island in the middle of the lake. After disembarking the boat, visit the islands old church housing an impressive art collection. Youll have some free time to enjoy the magnificent views from the island. Later, the boat will bring you back ashore and you will continue by motor coach to another Alpine lake resort &ndash Bohinj, beautifully incorporated amidst the dense woods and spectacular mountains. The journey will take you through some very old typical Slovenian villages with gorgeous landscape. Your excursion will end later in the afternoon. Countinued with Tour of Radovljica & Gingerbread Museum with dinner, This evening visit the medieval town of Radovljica, and take a short walk through its old section. Later, visit the Lect Museum (Gingerbread Museum) and learn about the Slovenian craft of Lectarstvo, the making of "Lect" from gingerbread. Afterward, enjoy a traditional Slovenian dinner with live entertainment.

DAY 6: Scenic Drive to Plitvice Lakes
- Begin the day with a scenic drive towards Plitvice Lakes National Park, a wonderland of 16 interconnecting lakes, flanked by thundering waterfalls and a huge primeval forest. This area, considered a geological and hydrological phenomenon is inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage list. After time to explore, continue to the town of Plitvice for dinner and overnight

DAY 7: Split City Tour
- Depart Plitvice Lakes and drive south to the UNESCO protected seaside town of Split. Upon arrival, a walking tour along the cobbled streets of the Old Town features the historic inner city with its dominating Roman influence, built around the 4th century Palace of Diocletian. Visit this well-preserved palace, a precious example of Roman architecture. View the remains of the Cathedral of St. Domnius built in the Middle Ages, and the Temple of Jupiter with its headless black sphinx guarding the entrance. Spend the remainder of the day discovering the town independently. In the evening, savor dinner at the hotel

DAY 8: Dubrovnik City Tour
- Depart Split and travel south along the Dalmatian coast to the walled city of Dubrovnik. Upon arrival in the afternoon, take a walking tour of Old Dubrovnik. This magnificent Old Town, with its treasure of Gothic, Renaissance, and Baroque churches, monasteries, and palaces is designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Visit Rectors Palace, an outstanding blend of Gothic and Renaissance architecture and view the monumental Sponza Palace. Then, on to view the Dominican Monastery and visit the Franciscan Monastery and its 14th century pharmacy, one of the oldest still-functioning pharmacies in Europe. The rest of the day is at leisure

DAY 9: Full Day in Dubrovnik
- Today we will spend Full Day Peljesac Peninsula, Depart Dubrovnik this morning and drive to the Pelje&scaronac Peninsula, boasting striking views and lovely beaches. Its the second largest peninsula in Croatia, filled with history and culture. Stop in the fishing town of Ston, famous for its oysters, to see the towns medieval walls, the second longest walls in the world, after the Great Wall of China. Afterward, drive along scenic coastal roads and admire the beautiful countryside. Visit a family-run winery and taste delicious Peljesac wine. Learn about the regions seafood farms and sample fresh oysters before returning to the hotel. Tonight during dinner, share wonderful memories of your journey and bid farewell to your Tour Manager
